Hytera HP795Ex IIC is a digital hand portable – built for safe, secure operation in extreme environments
The Hytera HP795Ex IIC intrinsically safe (IS) two-way radio is engineered to deliver secure and reliable communication in environments with the highest risk of ignition from explosive gases.
Compliant with stringent IECEx/ATEX global standards for IS electronic equipment, this advanced model boasts a redesigned structural framework, an innovative IS circuit, and meticulous selection of materials.
Capable of operating safely at higher temperatures compared to other IS radios and amidst highly combustible substances like ethylene, acetylene, or hydrogen, it proves to be a dependable choice for professionals in chemical processing, oil and gas, mining, aviation, fire and rescue, and similar industries.
Featuring innovative silicone encapsulation around internal circuits, it shields against liquid, inflammable dust, or explosive gas intrusion, while also enhancing energy efficiency and safety at lower inputs.
Furthermore, its overall structural design facilitates rapid and uniform heat dissipation from the circuits, enabling safe usage in temperatures up to 60°C. Materials are chosen for their strength, explosion-proof properties, and resistance to electro-static buildup.
The custom IS battery, secured with a battery protection plate and anti-fail latch, ensures stability even upon impact, mitigating the risk of sparks. Tested to IP6X and MIL-STD-810H standards, it demonstrates resilience to dust, shock, and sudden drops.
Benefitting from intelligent power-saving technology, the battery conserves energy in stand-by mode, enabling each handset to operate for up to 22 hours on a single charge.
Additionally, the HP795Ex IIC offers superior audio quality through a 2W high-power speaker and advanced audio technologies, including AI intelligent noise reduction and automatic gain control, ensuring clear communication amidst background noise.
With 5W VHF and 4W UHF transmission outputs, it provides extensive signal coverage, minimizing blind spots and ensuring reliable connectivity in remote areas.
Incorporating features for user safety and convenience, such as lone worker monitoring and Man Down alarm, it enhances operational security. Satellite location tracking offers precise positioning data for swift incident response.
For ease of use, the HP795Ex IIC features an upgraded 2.4-inch screen, intuitive user interface, enlarged buttons, status LEDs, textured non-slip housing, and a quick-release belt clip, ensuring a comfortable and user-friendly experience.
