Our team of experienced engineers provide a friendly, efficient and professional service whatever the issue whether you have a single handset playing up or you’re experiencing signal disruption across your site and need someone to take a look.

With more than two decades of experience, there won’t be many problems we haven’t seen before. And if it’s something we can’t fix, we’ll quickly recommend a replacement so you’re never left without your radios.

FIXED PRICE REPAIR

We offer a straightforward fixed price repair service with a free quotation provided before any work begins. Our prices are clear and agreed upfront — no hidden extras after the fact.

We repair handsets and ancillary equipment from all major manufacturers including Motorola, Hytera, Kenwood, Icom, Entel and Lugra, using state-of-the-art testing equipment and original parts, guaranteed.

Please note: Batteries, antennas and replacement housings on certain models are not included in the fixed price and will be quoted separately. Collection and return delivery charges also apply where required.

ON-SITE SERVICE VISIT

Prefer us to come to you? Our engineers are available to visit your site and carry out a full range of radio servicing work, including:

– General repairs and parts replacement
– Radio and battery testing
– Site coverage checks
– Staff training on radio use
– Any other servicing requirements

Some equipment may need to be taken off site to complete repairs.

MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

Keep your communications running smoothly with one of our flexible maintenance packages. We offer:

– Fixed price monthly maintenance contracts
– Annual service agreements covering parts and labour
– Loan radios while yours are being repaired
– Telephone support for technical queries

We’ll build a package around your requirements and budget whether you have five handsets or five hundred.

Terms and Conditions

Our Fixed Price Repair service includes standard labour and replacement parts required to restore your radio to full working order under normal wear and tear. Replacement batteries, antennas and, on some models, replacement housings are chargeable where required. Collection and delivery services are available at an additional cost.

Account customers require a Purchase Order before repairs begin. All other customers pay in advance by card or BACS.
