We offer a straightforward fixed price repair service with a free quotation provided before any work begins. Labour is included in the repair price, while replacement parts and delivery are quoted separately where required.
We repair handsets and ancillary equipment from all major manufacturers including Motorola, Hytera, Kenwood, Icom, Entel and Lugra, using state-of-the-art testing equipment and original parts where available.
Please note: Batteries, antennas, replacement parts and replacement housings on certain models are not included in the fixed price and will be quoted separately. Collection and return delivery charges also apply where required.
Prefer us to come to you? Our engineers are available to visit your site and carry out preventative servicing and health checks to help keep your radio system performing reliably.
During an onsite service visit we can provide:
- Radio programming and configuration checks
- Battery capacity and battery health testing
- General health checks of your radios
- Site coverage checks
- User training and best practice guidance
- General health checks of your onsite radio infrastructure
- Diagnosis of faults requiring further investigation
Please note: If a radio is found to require extensive repairs or replacement parts, it may need to be returned to our workshop. Any workshop repairs will be quoted separately before work is carried out.
